I'll have the individuals I recently paid thousands of pounds to conduct the work take a look at it then.

The fact that my customizations were still visible in VCDS suggests that they haven't been lost; perhaps the options aren't shown in the car menu because of energy management or a malfunctioning control head module.

Even after a single scan with the ignition turned on, Energy Management was triggered, and the battery had previously died.
