Default Pedderized Camaro Kicks butt at De Anza Auto Cross

Pedderized Camaro Kicks butt at De Anza Auto Cross

For some unknown reason, the new 2010 Camaro is not autocrossed much or at least not yet. This was the first one that I am aware of. We were at the 43rd running of the Duel At De Anza where they ran 300 vehicles like clockwork. With the great help of Custom Alignment in Mt. View, Ca, no stranger to setting up race cars, the Pedders Camaro outperformed the following;
1. All BMWs, which most were M3 from 1997 thru 2009
2. All Nissan 350z's
3. All Mustangs except 1
4. All early model Camaros except one. I will post a picture of it and you will see why.
5. All stock corvettes

ABOUT THE PEDDERIZED CAMARO

1. PEDDERS TRACK II
2. STOCK WHEELS AND TIRES
3. PEDDERS ALIGNMENT FOR STREET, AND NOT TRACK
4. ONLY ENGINE MOD IS A NEW EXHAUST SYSTEM

Default Part II

ON THE TRACK

Again my special thanks to Rick Cavallino, owner of Cavallino Body Shop in Palo Alto, and Joe Silva of Custom Alignment in Mt. View, Ca.

We learned a huge amount today and have a great start to an exciting autocross agenda.

On a autocross coarse, the limitations of the OE tires is substantial; much more than if you were to run Pedders TrackII on a road coarse.

Guess what is going on this awesome Camaro next?

thanks
mike

We had a in car, or actually on the roof camera of the event. Will be working on getting it on the internet

The older Camaro was really fast. In its prime it took multiple national champions in its class.

Man he was driving the shit out of that car. I don't know how you all do that. I get lost in the cones and lose where the lanes are.
