I replaced the lock assembly master key works fine, had a new key cut. The key will not insert all the way in (approx 1/8" from fully installed). Working it in and out it will push the tab out for the busser and turns fine. Problem it's 1 in 50 tries. Also this is the second lock assembly.

Probably got a bad key cut. Recently kiy cutters have been crap. I've not had one cut right the first time in years. Need to find and older guy that has been doing it longer than the indoc training. Usually a smaller non name brand hardware store.
