I just put 4:10 gears in my rear diff. Now, my speedometer is off by 10 MPH. Is there a way to get this back on track?

Not a problem, Just change the speedo gear on end of cable that goes into transmission. Year one catalog has nice chart by gear ratio tire sise, check it out. Stinger.
