DETROIT (November 22, 2006) – Four little wheel sensors in a growing number of vehicles can help save lives by alerting motorists to low tire pressure, a potentially dangerous driving situation. GM Goodwrench is encouraging motorists to take a few minutes this fall to learn how to use a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) as well as check tires and tire pressure, which helps ensure optimal vehicle performance in steering, cornering, braking, ride comfort, noise and fuel economy.
