DETROIT (May 23, 2007) Three Michigan General Motors plants were awarded Gold Awards in the Neighborhood Environmental Partners Program by the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) yesterday.
Warren Transmission, Flint Metal Center and Lansing Delta Township were three of only six Michigan facilities – and the only auto plants – honored.
